Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haluk Saçaklı, a faculty member at Istanbul Gelisim University, gave a seminar on “Nutrition, Breathing and Sleeping Habits in the Exam Preparation” within the scope of the event organized with the cooperation of Umraniye Guidance Research Center and Istanbul Gelisim University.

The seminar program started with the opening speeches of Director of Ümraniye District National Education Süleyman Gökçimen in the conference hall of Ümraniye Şehit Erol Olçok Anatolian Imam Hatip Girls’ High School. After the opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haluk Saçaklı gave his statement on “Nutrition, Breathing and Sleeping Habits in Exam Preparation Habits”. During the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haluk Saçaklı pointed out the importance of breakfast and natural nutrition in feeding habits, and stated that exercises help one’s memory strengthened and prevent sleepless nights and tired appearance during the day. In addition, 30 seconds of meditation and breathing exercises were performed with all lecturers participating in the seminar.

At the end of the seminar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haluk Saçaklı stated that he was very pleased with the lecturers' interest and participation after answering their questions. At the end of the seminar, Director of Şehit Erol Olçok Anatolian Imam Hatip Girls’ High School İbrahim Süsül gave Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haluk Saçaklı a sapling certificate donated in his name in Mersin.
